The next Southern Regional Poomsae Training will be on Sunday 7th September, 12.00-3.00pm at Horley Leisure Centre, Anderson Way, Horley RH6 8SP. As usual the session will be led by Master Derek Sumner, GB Cadet Squad Coach. Excellent session for anyone looking to compete in poomsae or preparing for a dan grading.
