6 club members attended the Southern Regional Poomsae training in Horley on Sunday 2nd March. The turnout was fabolous with approximately 100 people attending from clubs across the south. The excellent 3 hour session was led by Master Derek Sumner, covering basic techniques, performance and details of poomsae. Master Sumner and his team gave excellent constructive feedback to all the participants. Anyone interested in either poomsae competition or just really focusing on improving their poomsae performance in general would benefit from attending these training session. Watch out for the next one!
