Continuing the club’s regular trips out to seminars this year, 6 members travelled across to Bath University for a Poomsae seminar with Master Derek Sumner last Saturday.
Once again Master Sumner ran a really interesting seminar focusing in on some of the key details of competition poomsae and also highlighting some training drills to help improve these techniques.
It was also a good chance to meet up with Bath University Taekwondo Club and we are going to look to see if we can run some joint activities in the new year.
