Our next competition poomsae training is next Saturday, 9th November. 1.30-3.30 at VBC.
These sessions are open to everyone provided you are confident in at least the first four poomsae.
If you are interesting in doing some work on Freestyle Poomsae please give some though to music and choreography before the session.
