Fourteen members of the club attended the annual Taekwondo Chungdokwan GB All Grades Seminar in Swanmore on the 3rd November. Once again this was an excellent event with sessions in sparring led by Grandmaster Lawrence and Master Rai, in self defence led by Master King and in poomsae led by Grandmaster Biddlecombe. The attendees from the club made great use of this experience by taking the opportunity to train across all the disciplines. It was also a good opportunity to work with other clubs in the TCGB family.
