Taekwondo Chungdokwan GB will be running its annual All Grades seminar on Saturday 3rd November.
Registration will be from 10.30am with the first period of training starting at around 11am. The final training period is expected to finish about 4pm. The format will be the same as for previous years with three training periods of about 1 1/2 hours each. During each period, there will be three parallel sessions, sparring, self defence/one step and poomsae. These sessions will be taught by the senior instructors of the association. You can choose to either attend a mix of sessions or to concentrate on maybe just one aspect of your Taekwondo. Entirely up to you!
This is faboulous opportunity to train with members of some of the other local clubs and to learn from the experience of some of the most senior instructors in the UK.
