There will be Taekwondo Chungdokwan GB All Grades seminar on Saturday 29th October. This will cover poomsae, sparring and self-defence – with the option to mix and match between each of these. Instructors for the seminar will include Grandmaster Lindsay Lawrence, Grandmaster Mark Biddlecombe and Master Michael King.
