As usual there will be short break in training over the Christmas / New Year period.
The last class of 2011 will be on Wednesday 21st December and classes will resume on Wednesday 4th January.
Overton Tuesday classes will finish on Tuesday 13th December and will resume on Tuesday 10th January.
