Next competition poomsae training will be this Saturday, 12.00-2.00pm All Grades plus 2.00-3.00pm for Dan Grades only. Free to Bluewave members, others always very welcome and only £5.

Sunday 23rd September
Manchester Open Poomsae Championships, places are still available and it would be good to have a few more attendees from Bluewave.
Saturday 20th October
Chungdokwan Ireland Open. We are taking a team out. Format for this event will be a little different, and competitors in all categories will choose their own poomsae. If you wish to attend please talk to either Gerry or Coleen on Saturday. We need to then confirm our attendees so we can make travel and hotel arrangements.
Saturday 15th / Sunday 16th December
British Taekwondo National Poomsae Championships, University of East London. Details expected soon.
