Excellent poomsae seminar today with Grandmaster Tong Wan Shin, 9th dan and former Poomsae World Champion. GM Shin took the 40 attendees from Bluewave and other local clubs through details on key basic techniques including stances, and then through each of the poomsae from Taegeuk El Jang to Hansu. This provided an excellent chance for everyone to practice whether they were a yellow belt or a senior dan grade. The attendees all worked extremely hard and showed the commitment to learn from GM Shin excellent knowledge and teaching.
