Senior belt training in 2014 started with a record turnout. It was great to have 22 of the club’s senior grades training together in a session covering advanced basics, self defence and poomsae. The standard was looking strong and a good base to build on as we develop this year. Next senior grade session will be on Saturday 15th February.
