Poomsae Training and Senior Belt Training 14th/15th September

Reminder that this coming weekend 14th/15th September we have;

Saturday 1.30-3.30pm at Vickers Business Centre Dojang
Competition Poomsae Training.  Open to all ages but you must be confident in Poomsae 1-4.

Sunday 1.30-3.30pm at Vickers Business Centre Dojang
Senior Grading Training. Open to Red Belt/2nd Kup and above.  Training is focused on the requirements for black belt gradings.
