The next Competition Poomsae training session will be on Saturday 13th April from 1.30-3.30 at VBC. Open to all but you must be confident up to at least Taegeuk Sa Jang.
Please remember to bring a notepad and pen so that you can keep a record of areas of focus for practice between sessions.
