There was a good turnout for the first of our monthly poomsae competition training sessions. Training covered combinations from poomsae, core stability and strength and detailed practice on specific poomsae. Feedback has been very positive. After discussion with those at the session, we have decided to extend future sessions to 2 hours running from 1.30-3.30. Next session will be on Saturday 13th April.
Good luck to those competing this weekend, hopefully last weekend’s training will help bring home some great results.
