We have recently seen increased interest in Poomsae competition and we have our largest ever Poomsae squad entered for the TCGB Championships on the 23rd March. I have also been asked by several people about running regularly competition training for Poomsae.
We will therefore be starting a monthly Poomsae competition session. This will mostly be on the 2nd Saturday of the month from 1.30-3.00 at VBC and will be taught by myself and Coleen. The training will be focused on developing the accuracy, attention to detail and the performance needed for success in competition. The sessions will be open to all grades but we will expected all those attending to be confident in at least Taegeuk El Jang through to Taegeuk Sa Jang.
The first session will be on Saturday 16th March with subsequent dates on the calender.
