We had a great turnout for the Self Defence / Hapkido seminar on Saturday 17th March. 24 club students, ranging from white belt to 5th dan, and 6 SKMA students were treated to over 2 1/2 hours of continous work by Master Daeman Sung assited by Matthew Richards-Hlabangana. A whole range of defences were covered including specialist work on women’s self defence and knife defence. It looked like everyone had fun and got to try a lot of new ideas.
There will be further guest seminars this year so watch out for the next opportunity!
