The club had a 100% success at the Black Belt grading on the 10th June. This was a reflection of the hard work and preparation of the candidates in the months leading up to the grading.
Congratulations go to our two new Black Belts; George Hatton and Dylan Crawte, and to Dave Hatton on successfully progressing to 2nd Dan Black Belt.
I was also personally delighted to have the opportunity to test for my 6th Dan. I wish to express my thanks to those who helped the candidates prepare and especially a personal thanks to those who helped with my thesis and to Paul Crawte who was my willing partner at the grading for one-step and self-defence.
