Suitable for all ages and grades.
The seminar will consist of two and half hours of physical training covering; warm up, conditioning, basic techniques, self defence and poomsae. GM Shin may also add other aspects of Taekwondo. This is an opportunity to take your Taekwondo to a new level and understand how Taekwondo is taught by one of the world’s top instructors.
