The seminar will consist of three hours of physical training covering; warm up, conditioning, basic techniques, self defence and poomsae. GM Shin may also add other aspects of Taekwondo. This is an opportunity to take your Taekwondo to a new level and understand how Taekwondo is taught by one of the world’s top instructors. This is GM Shin’s first visit to the UK since 2019 so don’t miss this opportunity.
