Health and Safety Advice
A typical Taekwondo class with Bluewave will start with a warm up followed by practice on 2 or 3 different aspects of martial arts training or sparring. Beginners of all fitness levels are welcome in our classes, however if you are an adult who has not exercised for some time or have underlying health issues please contact us before the taster class so we can discuss appropriate adaptions. If at any time during the class you experience difficulties you should speak to the class coaches or one of the assistant coaches.
The club may occasional use photography and videoing to assist with training and to support publicity and marketing.
