As we plan for Stage 4 of lockdown easing, we are looking at our long term class schedule.
We have a small group regularly attending the Sunday 6.15-6.45pm Stretching and Flexibility Class, and the numbers have fallen since we returned to physical classes. We are keen to see if we can encourage more people to work on improving their flexibility beyond what we can cover in normal classes.
So from this week we are going to run an experiment. For the next three weeks we will be running two Stretching and Flexibility Classes
Both classes will be open to all club members regardless of grade, age or whether you pay for one class per week or multiple classes. Both classes will be available as a physical class and online. Each week's classes will follow the same stretching plan.
