With the COVID-19 constraints all classes are now suspended until after the Easter Bank Holiday weekend at the earliest. We will continue to review the situation and we will then confirm whether we are able to resume classes or need to continue the suspension for a longer period. Further updates will be posted on the club website, Facebook page and communicated via email.
We are starting to develop a set of online training resources for Bluewave members and will make these available through the club website, www.bluewave.org.uk. You will need to login to your account to access these. If you do not know your username or password just send us an email and we will reset them for you. We hope these will support you in continuing some of your training at home.
We will look to resume regular training as soon as possible even if that continues to require adjustments to activities and an amended schedule. Once training resumes we will be providing additional opportunities for catch-up sessions.
If you need to suspend your training fees please contact your bank to suspend your standing order. As training fees are paid by standing order and not direct debit, unfortunately we are not able to do this for you. If you are in a position to continue to pay fees this would be really appreciated by the club. We are a not-for-profit club, and all our instructors are volunteers, but as it stands at the moment we do still need to pay the lease on our facility at Vickers Business Centre, though we are investigating options that may be available to us. Any fees that we receive during this period will help us be in a stronger position to be able to resume classes when the current restrictions are lifted.
We have had many messages of support from members and parents, this means a lot to the instructing team. The next few weeks and months will be very challenging for everyone and so we thank you for your continued support for Bluewave and look forward to having everyone back training together as soon as we can.
