Bluewave Korean Martial Arts is a not-for-profit club offering training in all aspects of the Korean Martial Art and Olympic Sport of Taekwondo. We have training programmes for all ages from 4+ through to adult, and welcome both absolute beginners as well as those with previous martial arts experience.

However in compliance with the UK Government requirements, all our classes are currently suspended but we will resume training at our dedicated venue in Basingstoke as soon as we can. We look forward to seeing all our members back training as well as welcoming new begineers. We are developing online resources so if you are an existing members please login to access these resources. Welcome to Bluewave Korean Martial Arts.  Our Taekwondo club is focused on providing the highest quality of Taekwondo tEnergise_Me__Logo.pngraining with classes for all ages run by our experienced team of instructors.  The classes provide age appropriate training from 4+ through to adult with a carefully structured syllabus that 2013-clubmark-logoTrans.pngcovers all aspects of Taekwondo including self defence, traditional martial arts and Olympic Sport Taekwondo.  All our classes run from our excellently equipped dojang (Taekwondo gym) in Basingstoke.  This provides three separate training areas; our main hall for classes, a mirrored area for focused work with small groups and a strength and conditioning area with free weights and gym quality CV equipment.  We also have a newly refurbished waiting area for parents.  New beginners, as well as those with previous experience in the martial arts, are always welcome.

For children aged 4-6, our KickStarsTM programme develops
agility, balance and coordination through fun activities
and an introduction to Taekwondo.
The junior programme for ages 7-12 covers all aspects of
Taekwondo as both a martial art and as a sport.

For adults and older juniors, we provide a dynamic training environment
which covers all aspects of Taekwondo and includes a
greater emphasis on more advanced self defence.

We also offer the opportunity to train and compete
in the Olympic Sport of Taekwondo from novice to elite levels.
