With an increasing number of our younger members now progressing on to studies away from home at University or College, the club wants to recognise their contribution to the club and so we have put in place a scheme to encourage continued training.
This is open to all members of the club who are studying away from home and therefore will only be training with Bluewave during the holidays, and who have been in membership of the club for at least one year prior to starting their studies.
The bursary will enable you to continue your training with the club for a single payment of £25/year payable at the start of each academic year. This payment will cover:
- All normal classes with the club during the holiday periods
- Annual membership of British Taekwondo
- Personal Taekwondo insurance
However the payment will not cover any seminars, competitions or grading fees.
