Return to Physical Training Update 2

We are now only three weeks away from when we expect to be able to resume classes. For now we are planning to run with the same class schedule as before this lockdown, see below.

Monday
6.00 – 7.00pm Juniors (Ages 7 – 12)
7.15 – 8.15pm Adults + Teens (Ages 12+) – All Grades
8.30 – 9.00pm Dan Grade Poomsae – 1st Dan and Above Only

Thursday
6.00 – 7.00pm Juniors (Ages 7 – 12)
7.15 – 8.15pm Adults + Teens (Ages 12+) – All Grades

Friday
5.00 – 5.45pm KickStars (Ages 4 – 6) Multi-skills / Introduction to Taekwondo
6.00 – 7.00pm Juniors (Ages 7 – 12)
7.15 – 8.15pm Ages 7+ / All Grades

Sunday
4.00 – 4.45pm High Energy/HIIT – All Ages / All Grades
5.00 – 6.00pm Family Class – Ages 7+ / All Grades
6.15 – 6.45pm Stretching and Flexibility – All Ages / All Grades

We are expecting that at least initially (though hopefully only through to Step 4 in June) we will have to run with class bookings. We will be assuming that the classes that you/your children were training in before Christmas will be the ones that you wish to continue with and we will be in contact to confirm these with you. If you wish to make any changes, please do contact us.

As we prepare to return to the normal classes we would encourage everyone to be training online in full doboks except for the stretching and high energy classes. We are aware that some of our younger members may well have outgrown their doboks during lockdown, and we have a stock of all sizes available. If you would like to order doboks please send us an email.
