The next poomsae competition training will be on Saturday 10th August 1.30-3.30pm at VBC. Open to all grades and ages but you must be confident in your poomsae up to Taegeuk Sa Jang. Focus will be on both solo and synchronised performances. We will also discuss at this session the forthcoming poomsae tournaments and review entries including for synchronised.
